The 12 day lottery registration / application period for the 2016 event will open on Sunday February 28th, 2016 at 12:01 AM and will close on Thursday March 10th 2016 at 11:59PM. The lottery drawing will be held shortly thereafter with accepted registrations processed and the resulting start list published the week of March 14th, 2016
