Aid stations will have salty and sweet pre-packaged snacks as pictured (candy varieties will vary). It is our understanding that the chips, nuts, Oreos and fruit snacks are all vegan, but please do your own research (Google the items shown) if this is important to you. We will have water, Coke and Ginger Ale. There will be chicken noodle and vegan soup. Aid station captains / crews Tettegouche and later will also be providing their own unique hot food item or two (usually simple things like grilled cheese, mashed potatoes, pancakes, etc.) We WILL NOT have any gels or sports drink (we will have Succeed electrolyte caps for those in need however) – procure your own and make use of your drop bags… over the last number of years everyone seems to have their own preferred brand of sports drink and gel and we spend more time reading expiration dates and throwing things out than you do ingesting them, and can no longer justify the waste.
